They broke the front axel on my car getting it up on the tow truck and would not accept responsibility for it. It cost me $400 to get it fixed.

First time calling a tow truck company and I was left very satisfied. The members where fast, friendly and affordable. I got helped by “Nate” if i remember correctly. He arrived fast and was very professional. Also, he was able to drop the car deep deep into my narrow drive way, which impressed me. I thought it was going to be expensive around $300 but they charged me 1/3 of that. Will definitely contact Nitro next time I need a tow.
